【Abstract】 Objective Provide a theoretical base and a simple experimental method for early diagnosing of fluorosis. Methods After weanling mice were fed drinking water containing 50mg/L, 200mg/L or 800mg/L NaF for one month,the superficial structure of the hairs of the mice were analyzed by scanning electron microscope. Results There were white and black stripes,and scales with obtuse angles on the hair of mice with experimental fluorosis. Conclusions The alterations of the superficial structure of hair may be used to diagnose early fluorosis effectively.更多还原
