【摘要】 目的 :探索活血止痛液制备的最佳工艺。方法 :采用了正交设计法考察乙醇的提取浓度、用量、提取次数及时间 4个因素 ,以甲醇浸出物与阿魏酸的含量为考察指标 ,同时采用高效液相法测定成品中阿魏酸的含量。结果 :最佳制备工艺为 4倍量 6 0 %乙醇回流提取 3次 ,每次 2h。测定活血止痛液 1ml中阿魏酸含量≥ 0 .0 5mg。 结论 :制剂稳定 ;测定方法简便、灵敏、准确、重复性好更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: To study the optimum procedure of Huoxuezhitong Liquid. Methods: The orthogonal design was used to study four factors including alcohol concentration dosage, extraction times and extraction time. The ferulic acid content of sample was determined by HPLC, taking methanol extract and ferulic acid content as markers. Results: The optimum procedure was: extracting with 4 times amonnt of 60% alcohol for 3 times, 2 hours each time. Ferulic acid content in 1 ml Huoxuezhitong Liquid sample was 0.05mg. Conclusion: The preparation is Stable. The method is simple, sensitive accurate and reproducible.更多还原
