【摘要】 目的 :观察复方丹参滴丸 (CDDP)治疗冠状动脉粥样硬化性心脏病 (冠心病 )心绞痛的临床疗效。方法 :将 12 4例冠心病心绞痛患者随机分为治疗组 84例和对照组 40例。治疗组口服CDDP ,每次 10粒 ,每日 3次 ;对照组口服地奥心血康 ,每次 0 .2 g ,每日 3次。 2组疗程均为 4周。 结果 :治疗组有效率 94.0 5 % ,明显优于对照组 77.5 0 % (χ2 =8.94,P <0 .0 1) ;治疗组心电图有效率 6 4.2 9% ,优于对照组 5 2 .5 0 % ,但无统计学意义 (χ2 =5 .95 ,P >0 .0 5 ) ;治疗组在减少心绞痛发作的次数、持续时间及硝酸甘油用量等方面均优于对照组 (P <0 .0 1)。治疗组对改善血液流变学指标、降低血脂水平的作用均优于对照组 (P <0 .0 1或P <0 .0 5 )。结论 :CDDP治疗冠心病心绞痛疗效好 ,未引起不良反应更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To investigate the clinical curative effect of Compound Danshen Dropping Pill on coronary heart disease Angine Pectoris.Methods:124 cases with coronary heart disease angina pectoris were divided into the therapy group (184 cases) and the control group (40 cases). Patients in therapy group were treated with Compound Danshen Dropping Pills, 3 times a day, 10 pills each time. Patients in control group were treated with Diouxinxuekang capsules, 3times a day, 0.2g each time. The treatment courses of two groups were all 4 weeks. Results:The total effective rate of therapy group (94.05%) was superior to that of control group (77.50%) (x 2=8.94, P<0.01). ECG total effective rate of therapy group (64.29%) was superier to control group (52.50%), but no statistics significance exists between two groups (x 2=5.95, P>0.05). Also the therapy group was superior to the control group in decreasing the attack times and duration of angina pectoris, dosage of nitroglycerin (P<0.01) as well as improving markers of hemodynamics and decreasing blood lipid level (P<0.01 or P<0.05).Conclusion:Compound Danshen Dropping Pill is effective for coronary heart disease angina pectoris.No side effect is observed.更多还原
