【摘要】 目的　探讨单核细胞在SLE发病中的作用。方法　应用免疫组化技术对活动期SLE患者外周血单核细胞TNFα及其受体P5 5和P75表达进行检则。结果　活动期SLE患者单核细胞TNFα及其受体P5 5和P75表达明显增加 (t分别为 11.43、5 .83和 3 .93 ,P分别小于 0 .0 0 1、0 .0 0 1和 0 .0 0 2 )。结论　SLE的TNFα及其受体P5 5和P75表达增高 ,单核细胞可能参与SLE的发病过程更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To study the role of monocytes in the pathogenesis of systemic lupus erythematosus. Methods The expression of tumor necrosis factor alpha and its receptors p55 and p75 in peripheral blood monocytes in patients with active systemic lupus erythematosus was detected with immunochemistry. Result Tumor necrosis factor alpha and its receptors p55 and p75 were significantly increased in patient monocytes with active systemic lupus erythematosus (t value was 11.43, 5.83 and 3.93, respectively, P was less than 0.001, 0.001 and 0.002, respectively). Conclusion The expression of tumor necrosis factor alpha and its receptors p55 and p75 in systemic lupus erythematosus was increaede and monocytes may take part in the pathogenetic process of systemic lupus erythematosus.更多还原
