苯乙烯/丁二烯嵌段共聚物的氟烷基化改性
Modification of SBS Polymers by Per(poly)fluoroalkylation
【摘要】 在室温反应条件下 ,利用全 (多 )氟酰基过氧化物 ( Rf CO2 ) 2 ( Rf=H( CF2 ) 4,n- C3F7,n- C7F15)与苯乙烯 /丁二烯嵌段共聚物 ( SBS)的单电子转移 ( SET)反应 ,得到了相应的氟烷基 ( Rf)化接枝高分子 Rf- SBS,IR及 19F NMR光谱表明 ,Rf—及 Rf COO—加成在 SBS中丁二烯单元双键的两端 .所得的 Rf— SBS具有较好的疏水疏油性和较低的折光率 .
【Abstract】 Poly(styrene-butadiene-styrene)(SBS) were modified by reacting with (RfCO2)2 in CH2Cl2 at room temperature to give Rf-SBS polymers. All the fluoroalkylated products were characterized by IR and 19F NMR spectra. It is shown that Rf and RfCO2 groups were only added onto the double bonds of SBS polymer chain via single electron transfer(SET) mechanism. The Rf-SBS polymers showed good water- and oil- repellency and low refractive indices.
