【摘要】 目的 总结腹膜后神经源性肿瘤的CT表现。方法 19例经手术和病理证实的腹膜后神经源性肿瘤的CT资料作回顾性分析。结果 神经纤维瘤7例,神经鞘瘤9例,神经纤维肉瘤2例,恶性神经鞘瘤1例。CT表现:肿瘤有包膜15例,囊变和坏死11例,钙化2例,均匀增强8例,不均匀增强10例。肿瘤肝转移1例,腹膜后淋巴结转移1例。结论 腹膜后神经源性肿瘤的CT表现有一定的特征性。认识这些表现,对提高术前的诊断水平有相当大的帮助。更多还原

【Abstract】 Purpose To summerize the CT findings of retroperitoneal neurogenic toumors. Methods 19 cases of retroperitoneal neurogenic toumors proved by operations and pathological studies in our hospital were retrospectively analysed . Results Neurofibroma 7 cases, neurinoma 9 cases, neurofibrosarcoma 2cases,and malignant neurinoma 1 cases were incolved.CT findings include: tumors with capsule (15 cases) , cystic degeneration and necrosis (11 cases), with calcification (2 cases),uniform enhancement (8 cases) ,unequal enhancement (10 cases) ,liver metastasis (1 cases) , and metastasis to retro-peritoneal lymphatic glands (1 cases). Conclusion CT findings of retroperitoneal neurogenic tumors show some definite characteristics, which can provide help for the improment of the preoperative diagnostic level.更多还原
