【Abstract】 An analytical method for Shenghuatang by reversed-phase high performance liquid chromatography was established. With an ODS column, the mobile phase is methanol-water-acetic acid 25:74:1 at a flow rate of 1. 0ml/min and UV detection wavelength is 313nm. In the range of 1. 25-15μg/ml, the sample size and peak area showed a linear relationship with regression equation, Y= -1. 399 + 5. 023x and r = 0. 9999.
