白细胞介素1β转换酶(ICE)在肾透明细胞癌中的表达

【摘要】 为研究ICE在肾透明细胞癌组织中的表达情况,探讨其在肾细胞癌(RCC)发生中的作用。采用免疫组织化学LSAB法对41例肾透明细胞癌及21例癌旁正常肾组织进行检测。结果ICE均为胞浆表达。正常肾组织阳性细胞含量为59.8%,RCC组织阳性细胞含量为10.4%,二者有统计学显著差异,P<0.001;肿瘤组织的ICE表达随病理核分级的增高而降低。结果提示:ICE在肾透明细胞癌组织中低表达,是RCC发生、发展的重要原因。

【Abstract】 In this study,we detected the expression of ICE,evaluated it’s significance in renal clear cell carcinoma. Immunohistochemistry was used to inspect the expression of ICE in 41 cases of renal clear cell carcinoma and 21 cases of normal tissue. ICE protein was confined to the cyroplasm. The positive cell rate in RCC(59. 8%) was significantly lower than that in normal tissued(10. 4%), P <0. 01. The expression of ICE showed a inverse relationship with tumor’s nuclear grade. ICE may play an important role in RCC’s development .
