【摘要】 目的　探讨高度近视合并白内障超声乳化摘出并人工晶状体植入的临床疗效。方法　统计 2 7例 ( 3 3眼 )眼轴 >2 5mm高度近视合并白内障 ,其中Ⅱ级核 4眼 ,Ⅲ级核 18眼 ,Ⅳ级核 9眼 ,Ⅴ级核 2眼。结果　术后最佳视力 >0 5者 2 4眼占 72 7% ,随访 6～ 2 4月 ,平均 15 3月 ,手术主要并发症为角膜浑浊 5眼占15 2 % ,无视网膜脱离。结论　超声乳化人工晶状体植入治疗高度近视的白内障 ,具有视力恢复快且好 ,并发症少等优点。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the clinical effect of phacoemulsification in hight myopia.Methods 33 eyes of 27 cases with high myopia and cataract were inclued(axial Length>25mm) and hardness of nucleus was of grade 2 in 5 eyes,grade 3 in 18;grade 4 in 9,grade in 2. Results There were 33 eyes in this group,6～24 months after operation (mean 15.3 months),the visual acuities of better than 0.5 were obtained in 72.7%. The major complications were corneal edema.No retinal detachment was found.Conclusion This operation is suitable of high myopia with cataract.It is worth to spread due to good visual result and decrease of operative complications.更多还原
