【摘要】 目的　探讨睫状体脱离的临床特点和治疗方法。方法　回顾性分析睫状体脱离缝合复位术治疗 2 5例的临床资料。结果　术后 2 1例 ( 84% )眼压提高到 8～ 2 1mmHg ,4例 ( 16% )眼压仍低于 4mmHg。结论　通过前房角镜及UBM确定睫状体脱离的范围 ,在前房极浅检查房角困难时 ,UBM具有无创伤、准确、直观的优点。睫状体缝合术是一种有效的治疗方法。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To approach the clinical characters and therapeutic methods of the cyclodialysis.Methods 25 cases of cyclodialysis were treated and were reviewed.Results After the operation the intraocular pressure (IOP) increased and maintained within 8～21 mmHg in 21 cases (84%).And the IOP was still below 4 mmHg in 4 cases (16%).Conclusion The range of cyclodialysis could be defined by gonioscope and ultrasound biomicroscope (UBM),But when the anterior chamber was so shallow that the gonioscopic examination was inavailable,UBM demonstrated its advantages of nontraumatism exactness and directness.The direct suturing was the effective therapy.更多还原
