【摘要】 目的 :采用高效凝胶渗透色谱法对几种右旋糖酐铁样品进行质量分析。方法 :色谱柱为ShodexAsahipakGF - 5 10HQ (7 6mm× 30 0mm) ,以已知分子量的葡聚糖 (Dextran)为标样 ,水为流动相 ;柱温 35℃ ;流速0 5mL·min-1;示差折光检测器。结果 :样品经直接测定得到右旋糖酐铁特征HPGPC图谱和游离右旋糖酐含量 ;样品经酸水解 ,测得右旋糖酐铁中右旋糖酐的重均分子量和分子量分布。结论 :该法操作简便、快速 ,可用于右旋糖酐铁的质量控制更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:Several kinds of samples of iron dextran were analyzed by HPGPC.Methods:The Shodex Asahipak GF-510 column was used with distilled water as mobile phase using dextrans with known molecular weights as calibration standards.The flow rate was 0 5 mL·min -1 .The column temperature was 35 ℃ and RI detector was used.Results:The specific chromatograms of iron dextran and the contents of free dextran in the samples were obtained by detecting the samples directly.The average molecular weight and molecular weight distribution were determined with acid hydrolyzed iron dextran samples.Conclusion:The method is simple,rapid and convenient.It could be used in the quality control of iron dextran.更多还原
