【摘要】 介绍了建筑物原基础设计情况、场地地质条件及桩基事故，概述了事故的处理方法和处理效果。

【Abstract】 The original foundation design of the building,the geologic site condition and pile foundation accident is described concisely.The treatment method and the effectiveness on the pile foundation accident is majorly illustrated.
