【摘要】 根据Ⅰ、Ⅱ、Ⅲ、Ⅳ型变态反应的发生机理 ,将 195 6～ 1999年的国内外抗过敏实验方法及过敏反应动物模型研究的进展进行了综述。随着现代免疫学及其他相关学科的发展 ,抗过敏实验方法及过敏反应动物模型也在不断增加完善 ,并力求揭示药物的作用机理。本文可为筛选抗过敏药物及研究过敏反应动物模型提供较为全面的参考。更多还原

【Abstract】 The present paper summarizes the native and foreign research development of anti-allergy experimental methods and animal models of allergic reaction from 1956 to 1999 according to the mechanism of occurrence of type Ⅰ-Ⅳ allergic reaction.With the progress of modern immunology and other connected subjects,the amount of anti-allergy experimental methods and animal models of allergic reaction has been increasing and perfecting and the mechanism of pharmaceuti has been exploring.The present paper will supply reference for selecting anti-allergy pharmaceuti and researching of animal models of allergic reaction.更多还原
