【摘要】 目的　探讨不同剂量国产米非司酮用于紧急避孕的临床疗效。方法　 6年内对 40 0余名要求紧急避孕者 ,分别给予不同剂量的米非司酮片 10 0mg、 5 0mg、 40mg、 2 0mg、 10mg ,观察紧急避孕效果 ,药物副反应 ,月经复潮情况。结果　避孕有效率的 95 %可信区间分别为 10 0mg组 84 11%～ 96 95 % ,5 0mg组 93%～ 10 0 % ,40mg、2 0mg、 10mg组均为 88%～ 10 0 %。药物副反应发生率分别为 2 4%、 18%、 10 %、 6 %、 3%。结论　米非司酮用于紧急避孕临床观察效果满意 ,研究剂量范围内 10mg即可达到满意的紧急避孕效果 ,药物副反应发生率随着用药剂量的增加而升高更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To study the clinical efficiency of different doses of mifepristone for emergency contraception. Method In six years 400 wemen requested for emergency contraception, they were treated with different doses of mifepristone (100mg,50mg,40mg,20mg,10mg).The side effects and the timing of the onset of the next menstrual period were observed. Results The 95 percent confident interval of the efficient rates of contraception were 84 11～96 95% in 100mg group, 93～100% in 50mg group,and 88～100% in 40mg, 20mg and 10mg group respectively. Side effects rates were 24%,18%,10%,6% and 3% in 100mg,50mg, 40mg, 20mg, 10mg group respectively. Conclusion The efficiency of mifepristione for emergency contraception is satisfied in group with 10mg. The side effects rates raise following the increase of the dose.更多还原
