芸香苷与铝的显色反应研究及其应用
Study on the Color Reaction of Rutin with Aluminum(Ⅲ) and Its Application
【摘要】 研究了芸香苷与铝的显色反应 ,在pH =5 .6HAc -NaAc缓冲介质中 ,溴化十六烷基三甲胺(CTMAB)存在下 ,芸香苷与铝反应生成 3∶1稳定黄色络合物 ,λmax =430nm ,ε =4.38× 10 4L·mol- 1 ·cm- 1 。铝含量在 0~ 10 μg/ 2 5ml内符合比尔定律 ,方法用于环境样品中铝含量的测定 ,结果令人满意
【Abstract】 The color reaction of rutin with aluminum(Ⅲ) was studied.In the presence of pH=5.6 buffer solution and CTMAB medium,rutin can reacts with aluminum(Ⅲ) to form a stable 3∶1 complex.The molar absorptivity was 4.38×10 4L·mol -1 ·cm -1 at 430nm.Beer’s law was obeyed in the range of 0~10μg/25ml.The method could be used in the determination of aluminum in environmental sample with satisfactory results.
