表面活性剂增敏催化动力学光度法测定水中亚硝酸根
Determination of Nitrite in Water Samples by Catalytic Kinetic Photometry with Sensiblization Effect of Surfactant
【摘要】 基于在稀H2 SO4介质中 ,十二烷基硫酸钠对NO-2 催化KBrO3氧化藏红T褪色反应的增敏作用 ,建立了测定NO-2 的催化动力学光度法 ,灵敏度较不加十二烷基硫酸钠的方法提高了 5.6倍。测定NO-2 的线性范围为 1 0~ 1 40 μg/L ,检出限为 6μg/L。方法用于水样中NO-2 的测定 ,与格里斯法相符 ,加标回收率为 96%~ 1 0 6% ,5次测定的RSD <5%。
【Abstract】 A catalytic kinetic photometric method for determination of nitrite with surfactant sensitizer has been developed. The method is based on the fact that the color fading reaction of safranine T oxidized by potassium bromate in dilute H 2SO 4 solution is catalyzed by nitrite and sodium lauryl sulfate (SLS) is used as a sensitizer in the reaction. The addition of SLS increases the sensitivity of nitrite by a factor of 5.6.The linear range for determination of nitrite is 10~140 μg/L with detection limit of 6 μg/L. The method has been applied to the determination of nitrite in water samples and the results are in agreement with those provided by Griess method. The recovery of standard addition is 96%~106% with precision of <5% RSD ( n =5).
