热转印色带油墨层中黑色颜料的选择与分散性研究
A Study on thd Selection and Dispersion of Black Pigment in the Ink Layer of Thermal Transfer Ink Ribbon
【摘要】 本文研究了不同类型炭黑颜料在油墨层中的分散性 ,讨论了分散条件和表面活性剂对炭黑分散性的影响。结果表明 :F4炭黑适于用作油墨层中的颜料 ;最佳分散条件为 :分散时间 1 7小时 ,球磨机转速 90 1 1 0rpm ,钢球直径为 5mm ;表面活性剂用量为 (0 3 0 5 ) %。
【Abstract】 This paper presents a study on the dispersion of different kinds of carbon black colorants in the ink layer,summarizes the effects of grinding conditions and the choice of surface active agents on the dispersion of carbon black.Experimental results showed that F4 carbon black is an appropriate pigment for the ink layer and the optimum grinding operation are:grinding time 17 hrs,ball grinder rotary speed 90 110 rpm,steel balls diameter 5mm,preferable amount of surfactant used is (0 3 0 5)%.
