真丝织物的多元羧酸抗皱整理
Wrinkle Resistant Finish of Silk Fabric with Polycarboxylic Acid
【摘要】 采用正交试验研究防皱整理过程中多元羧酸浓度、焙烘温度、焙烘时间和其他添加剂对整理后真丝织物的弹性回复角、断裂强力和白度的影响。试验结果表明 ,真丝织物经过多元羧酸整理后 ,抗皱性能有较大的提高 ,经过优化工艺处理后的干、湿弹性回复角分别达到 2 70°和 2 10°,断裂强力和断裂延伸度基本保持不变
【Abstract】 The effects of polycarboxylic acid concentration, curing temperature and time and other additives on elastic recovery angle, breaking strength and whiteness of treated silk fabric were researched using orthogonal method. Experiment results indicate that the wrinkle resistance property of silk fabric was improved greatly after polycarboxylic acid treatment. The dry and wet elastic recovery angle of the treated fabric are 270° and 210° respectively. The treated fabric retains the original breaking strength.
