中厚板平面形状控制的立轧参数神经网络识别
Identifying the Edging Schedule for Plan View Pattern Control of Plate Using Artificial Neural Network
【摘要】 根据中厚板轧制过程平面形状立辊控制的原理和现场生产数据 ,采用人工神经网络方法 ,建立了立轧参数的识别模型 ,应用效果良好。并用该神经网络模型计算 ,得到了各影响因素对立轧量设定值的影响。
【Abstract】 On the basis of the plan view patten control principle with edgers in plate rolling and the data from production, a setting model for the edging schedule has been devoloped by using artificial neural network method. The relation curve between processing parameters and edging reduction has been obtained with this model.
