【摘要】 [目的 ]探讨子宫肥大症的临床病理特点 .[方法 ]对 2 8例住院进行手术的子宫肥大症病例进行了临床、病理分析 .[结果 ]子宫肥大症因有子宫增大、月经失调等症状常被误诊为子宫肌瘤 ,占误诊病例的6 5 % .病理观察表明 ,患者子宫不同程度地均匀性增大 ,肌层厚度为 2 5～ 3 5cm ;合并小平滑肌瘤 (直径小于 1cm) 4例 ,占 14% ,合并内膜息肉 6例 ,占 2 1% ,合并内膜增生过长 18例 ,占 6 4% ;肌层病理变化中平滑肌细胞肥大 2 6例 ,占 93% ,肌间及血管周围纤维组织增生 2例 ,占 7% .[结论 ]子宫肥大症无特异性症状、体征 ,常被误诊 ,应注意鉴别诊断 .病理检查示肌层平滑肌细胞肥大 ,子宫内膜增生过长及息肉更多还原

【Abstract】 OBJECTIVE To study the clinico pathological characteristics of metryperitrophia. METHODS The clinico pathological analysis was performed in 28 cases of operated metryperitrophia. RESULTS The metryperitrophia had hypertrophy of the uterus and menstrual disorder in clinic and was generally misdiagnosed as hysteromyoma, and the misdiagnosis rate was about 65% From the pathological observation, size of the uterus was homogeneously increased in varying degree and thickness of tunica muscularis was 2 5～3 5 cm. 4 cases (14%) were combined with small leiomyoma (the diameter<1?cm), 6 cases (21%) endometrial polyps and 18 cases (64%) endometrial hyperplasia. 26 cases (93%) increased the number of muscle fibers and 2 cases (7%) had hyperplasia of fibrous tissue in intermuscle and around vessels. CONCLUSION The metryperitrophia has no special symptom and sign, so it is generally misdiagnosed, and it therefore must be pay attention to the differential diagnosis. The pathological changes of tunica muscularis of the uterus mainly are the increased number of muscle fibers and of endometrium is hyperplasia and polyps.更多还原
