【Abstract】 OBJECTIVE To identify the relationship between total IgE of serum and T lymphocyte subgroups. METHODS The IgE in the sera of acute hepatitis B patients and healthy peoples was detected by the double antibody sandwich ELISA and the T lymphocyte subgroups were detected by the APAAP. RESULTS The contents of total IgE of serum in acute hepatitis B were higher than that in control group, but the rate of CD 4/CD 8 of T lymphocyte subgroups was lower than that in control group.更多还原
