【摘要】 [ 目的 ]为探讨糖尿病引起的肝损害 ,用链脲佐菌素所致糖尿病大鼠观察了超微结构的变化 .[方法 ]将链脲佐菌素注入到大鼠腹腔内 ,测空腹血糖大于 11.1mmol/L者作为糖尿病大鼠模型 .[结果 ]链脲佐菌素糖尿病大鼠的肝细胞、线粒体肿胀 ,空泡样变形 ,嵴断裂 ,糖原颗粒和粗面内质网减少 ,有较多的脂肪滴 ,细胞核有空泡样变化 .[结论 ]链脲佐菌素糖尿病大鼠肝细胞的功能均出现一定程度的损害更多还原

【Abstract】 OBJECTIVE The ultrastructural change of liver was observed in diabetic rats induced by strepotozotocin in order to study the liver injury caused by diabetes. METHODS Strepotozotocin was injected into the abdominal cavity and fasting blood glucose was measured.The rats whose values were over 11.1mmol/L were chosen as the diabetic models. RESULTS Swelling,vacuolar degeneration and cristae brearing in the mitochondria, reduction of glycogen granules and rough endoplaemic reticulum,fat drops and vacuolar degeneration in the caryons were seen in the liver cells of diabetic rats induced by strepotozotocin. CONCLUSION There was injury to a certain extent in the liver cells of experimental diabetic rats.更多还原
