【摘要】 目的 :本实验采用透射电镜和扫描电镜观察及流式细胞仪技术 ,比较了晶体上皮细胞冻存前后的变化 ,分析了晶体上皮细胞冻存的可行性。电镜下发现 ,传代的晶体上皮细胞经冻存前后细胞形态及超微结构无明显变化 ,流式细胞仪显示 ,传代细胞冻存前细胞存活率为 92 .56% ,冻存后为 75.8%。因此 ,细胞冻存是保存晶体上皮细胞的有效方法。更多还原

【Abstract】 WT5”BZ]To observe the differences between bovine lens epithelial cells before and after being frozen with transmission,scanning electron microscope and Flow Cytometer.These results show that there are not evident morphologic changes between cells before and after being frozen.All of the normal and frozen cells have fine ultrastructure.The survival tate is 92.56% in cells without frozen,and 75.8% in frozen cells.We thought that freezing is an effective way of cell preservation.
