【摘要】 目的：探讨眼眶－上颌骨－颧骨（ｏｒｂｉｔａｌ ｍａｘｉｌｌａｒｙ ｚｙｇｏｍａ，　ＯＭＺ）复合骨折的手术治疗。方法：手术采用下睑袋延长切口和上颌龈颊移行沟切口，暴露骨折区后，对颧骨、上颌骨骨折进行精确复位，用微型钛板固定骨折断端，再用硅胶片或珊瑚多孔羟基磷灰石板充填眶壁骨缺损区。结果：经３个月以上的随访，１４例患者均取得满意效果。结论：ＯＭＺ复合骨折应早期诊断和手术。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: To analyse the surgical treatment of complicating OMZ fracture. Methods: Two incisions were designed: one is prolonged incision of lower lid bag, the other is an incision of the upper mucogingival junction. After the fracture part of the orbit was exposed, the zygomatic and maxillary fracture should be reducted exactelly. Then the fracture was fixed with titanium microplate. A correctly molded silica gel or coral porous hydroxyapatite tamponade was inserted. Results: The cases more followed up, than 3 months’ for all 14 cases were treated successfully. Conclusion: Complicating fracture OMZ should be diagnosed and treated early.更多还原
