【摘要】 目的 :评价导升明治疗单纯型糖尿病视网膜病变的临床疗效。方法 :对 2 4例单纯型糖尿病视网膜病变的患者用导升明治疗 4个月 ,对照组 2 5例不服用导升明。观察治疗前后的眼底变化和血液流变学各项指标的改善情况 ,与对照组比较研究。结果 :导升明治疗组的全血粘度、血浆粘度、红细胞电泳时间和纤维蛋白原均比服药前降低 (P <0 0 5)。而对照组无明显变化 (P >0 0 5)。治疗组中眼底病变改善和稳定者多于对照组 ,眼底病变恶化者少于对照组 (P <0 0 5)。结论 :导升明治疗单纯型糖尿病视网膜病变具有良好临床疗效更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:Clinical evaluation of doxium on background diabetic retinopathy.Method:The changes of hemorrheology and ocular fundus in the patients with background diabetic retinopathy were observed in two groups,the treated group (24 cases receiving oral doxium for four months) and the contrast group(25 cases no doxium).Results:The blood and plasma viscosity,the time of RBC electrophoresis and the plasma fibrinogen level decreased significantly (P<0 05),and no obvious changes were found in the contrast group (P>0.05).The number of cases with improving ocular manifestation in treated group was more than that in contrast group,and the number of cases with deteriorating ocular manifestation in treated group was less than that in contrast group (P<0.05).Conclusion:Doxium has effective clinical effect in treating background diabetic retinopathy.更多还原
