【摘要】 通过实验室水培试验 ,研究了镧对水生植物绿菊花的某些生理指标如叶绿素总量、抗坏血酸活性酶、过氧化氢酶、过氧化物酶等的影响 ,以及绿菊花对镧的吸收积累作用。结果显示 :短时间内 ,镧对绿菊花生理活性有一定的刺激作用。但长时间 (>7天 )以后高浓度的稀土元素对其生理活性有明显的抑制、破坏作用 ,而低浓度表现为促进—抑制—促进的过程。绿菊花对镧有吸收积累能力更多还原

【Abstract】 Effects of La on physiological index of green chrysanthemum was studied.The accumulated concentration of lanthanum ions in green chrysanthemum was determined.The results showed that lanthanum(2~50mg/L)stimulated the chorophyll content and the activities of ascorbic acid oxidase,catalase,peroxidase of green chrysanthemum at the beginning of the test(<7 day). During rest of the test,higher concentration of lanthanum restricted the activity by destroring the ultrastructure of choroplast.But low concentration (2mg/L)of lanthanum showed stimulation-restriction-stimulation with the whole test.It was also showed that the green chrysanthemum absorbes and accumulates lanthanum ions.更多还原
