铈对多孔锂铝合金阳极的影响

【摘要】 研究了含铈多孔锂铝合金阳极的制备方法 ,讨论了铈对多孔锂铝合金阳极物理机械性能的影响 ,测试了含铈多孔锂铝合金阳极的充放电性能。实验结果显示 ,采用NaCl为成孔物质 ,以 1 0 0~ 1 50MPa压力成型和 550~ 570℃温度烧结 ,可以获得性能理想的多孔铝 ;以多孔铝为基体 ,用电化学方法合成的含 0 5%~ 1 5%铈多孔 β 锂铝合金阳极具有理想的充放电性能。

【Abstract】 s: The manufacturing of porous lithium aluminium alloy anode containing cerium was investigated. The effects of cerium on the mechanical and physical properties of lithium aluminium alloy anode were discussed and the charging discharging behavior of the electrode was also tested. It is shown that the ideal porous aluminium can be obtained by pressing at 100~150 MPa and sintering at 550~570℃ by using NaCl as porous packing. The porous β lithium aluminium alloy anode containing 0 5%~1 5% cerium was obtained by electrodepositing cerium and lithium on the porous aluminium respectively and it has the best charging discharging properties.
