【Abstract】 At present, bidding is widely introduced to the market of construction, but the method of specialist evaluation, which is usually applied to tender evaluation, is subjective and neglects the correlativities of the evaluation indexes. In this paper, the principal component analysis is applied to tender evaluation, which not only overcomes the above mentioned defaults, but also decreases or avoids engineering risks.更多还原
