【Abstract】 The process centered view challenges the classical organization structure model. Now, it’s actually significant to explore how to realign a company along process toward process based structure. Firstly, this paper quotes the process centered view, then, the problem of the traditional organization is briefly described. As the core of the paper, a conceptual model is built to explain what is process based organization and explores the model of this kind of organization. At last, a case study is presented.更多还原
