【摘要】 用有限元法对12电极电容传感器敏感场进行了仿真计算,分析了电容传感器的“软场”特性,为相关的图象重建算法提供了理论依据

【Abstract】 The simulation based on the finite element method about the sensitivity distribution of a 12-electrode capacitance transducer is discussed. The "soft effect" of the capacitance transducer is also analysed.
