【Abstract】 In this report, allele frequency for DYS19 was determined by PCR amplification and subsequent poly-acrilamide gel electrophoresis from unrelated China Northern Hans population. 6 alleles was detected with the frequency ranging from 0. 013-0. 516. There is obvious difference among alleles frequency from different populations. Applied to the test of blood stain, stain mixed by sperm and vaginal fluid, human tissue, ect. This method showed excellent adaptability to the examination of stale, ultratrace, degraded biological evidence.更多还原
