【摘要】 目的 :观察卡托普利 (Cap)对肾血管性高血压心肌肥厚大鼠左室肌超微结构的影响。方法 :Cap治疗高血压心肌肥厚大鼠 8周后处死 ,电镜观察左室心肌亚细胞结构改变。 结果 :经 8周治疗后可见Cap治疗组心肌细胞肌丝排列整齐、核规则、核仁清晰、线粒体形态结构正常。 结论 :Cap能有效地保护心肌亚细胞结构更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To study the effects of captopril(Cap) on the ultrastructure of left ventricle in rats with renovascular hypertensive hypertrophy.Methods Model rats with renovascular hypertension were prepared.After eight weeks administration of Cap(100mg/kg·d-1),the rats were excluted,then the myofilament,mitochondrion and sarcoplasmic reticulum in left ventricnlar myocardiocyte were observed by electron microscopy.Results After eight weeks of treatment,orderly arrangement of the myofilament,regular nucleus,clear nucleolus and normal shape and structure of mitochondrions were found in Cap group.Conclusion The ultrastructure of cardiomyocytes could be availably protected by Cap.更多还原
