7.5mol% Nb∶KTP晶体的主折射率温度系数的计算
Calculation of the Principal Thermal Refractive Index Coefficients in 7.5 mol% Nb∶KTP Crystals
【摘要】 阐述了 7.5mol% Nb∶KTi OPO4(Nb∶KTP)晶体在室温至 1 50℃ ,波长分别为 539.75nm、632 .8nm、1 0 79.5 nm和 1 341 .4 nm下 ,主折射率温度系数的测量结果和计算结果 .给出了计算 7.5mol% Nb∶ KTP晶体主折射率温度系数的两个表达式 ,分别用它们计算得该晶体的主折射率温度系数同实验测量值符合 ,最大偏差分别为 1 6.6%和 1 4 % .通过比较 KTP和 7.5 mol% Nb∶ KTP晶体在这四个波长下主折射率温度系数可看出 ,两者主折射率温度系数相当
【Abstract】 The calculation and measurement results of the thermal principal refractive index coefficients at the wavelengths of 539.75 nm, 632.8 nm, 1 079.5 nm and 1 341.4 nm from room temperature to 150 ℃ in 7.5 mol% Nb∶KTP crystals are presented. Two expressions for calculating the thermal principal refractive index coefficients for 7.5 mol% Nb∶KTP crystal are given. The calculation results by these two expressions agree with the measurement result, and their relative errors are 16.6% and 14%, respectively. The difference of the principal thermal refractive index coefficient between KTP and 7.5 mol% Nb∶KTP crystals is very small.
