【摘要】 目的　探讨充血性心力衰竭（ＣＨＦ） 患者血浆ＥＴ 和ＴＮＦ 含量变化及其意义。方法　检测７０ 例充血性心力衰竭患者血浆ＥＴ 和ＴＮＦ 含量，选３０ 例健康体检者作为正常对照组。结果　ＣＨＦ 患者ＥＴ 和ＴＮＦ 水平明显高于正常对照组（ Ｐ＜ ０ ．０１） ，且心衰程度越重，血浆ＥＴ 和ＴＮＦ 水平越高，ＣＨＦ 患者血浆ＥＴ 与ＴＮＦ 含量呈正相关（ ｒ ＝ ０ ．７２４６ ，Ｐ＜ ０ ．００１） 。结论　血浆ＥＴ 和ＴＮＦ 的测定有助于诊断心力衰竭和判断心力衰竭的程度。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To study the clinical significance of changes of plasma levels of endothelin(ET) and tumor necrosis factor(TNF) in patients with chronic heart failure(CHF).Method Determination of ET and TNF in blood plasma were performed in 70 cases of patients with CHF.30 healthy subjects served as normal controls.Results Plasma ET and TNF levels in patients were higher than those in normal subjects(all P <0.01).The more severe CHF was,the more plasma ET and TNF increased.There was significant correlation between plasma level of ET and that of TNF( r=0.7246,P <0.001).Conclusions The determination of plasma ET and TNF contributes to diagnosing CHF and judging the severity of CHF.更多还原
