塞曼石墨炉原子吸收法测定生物富硒样品中硒含量
A STUDY ON DERTERMINATION OF SE IN RICH BIOSELENIUM SAMPLES
【摘要】 本法采用硫酸 +硝酸 +高氯酸混合酸液 ,加入硝酸镍作为保护剂和基体改进剂 ,低温缓慢消化 ,减少了消化过程中硒的损失。测试时采用PE平台石墨管和最大功率升温方式 ,可使元素间干扰降低并使灵敏度达到稳定。本法特征质量m0为 32pg线性范围 0~ 2 0 0 μg/L ;精密度实验中高、中、低三个浓度的RSD %分别为 4 4%、4 6 %、5 9% ;用标准物质进行准确度实验 ,测定值与标准值相符合。本法简便、准确 ,实为一种较好的测定生物富硒样品中硒含量的方法。
【Abstract】 The mixture of H 2SO 4+HNO 3+HClO 4was used in digestion and Ni(NO 3) 2 as a protectant and a matrix modifier,the loss of Se was decreased because of andante reaction in the process of digestion at low temperature.The use of STPF makes the senset ivity stable and the interferance within elements reduced.m 0 is 32pg and the liner range is 0~200μg/L;RSD% of high、medium and low concentration is 4.4%、4.1%and5.9% in sensetivity experimentation;The value of determination is accordant with the value of standard.The method is easy and accurate for determinating Se in rich bioselenium samples.
