【摘要】 目的　考察不同疗程直流电治疗创伤性面神经损伤的效果。方法　 40只家兔随机分为常规治疗组(Rt组 )、电刺激一疗程组 (Es1组 )、电刺激二疗程组 (Es2组 )、电刺激三疗程组 (Es3组 ) ,分别给予不同疗程电刺激治疗 ,进行组织学观察、神经电图 (ENoG)测定、计量病理学研究。结果　①电刺激各组对神经恢复均有促进作用 ,电刺激二疗程、三疗程作用效果明显优于电刺激一疗程。②对于中度神经损伤 ,电刺激作用时间与神经恢复并不呈线性关系。电刺激三疗程与二疗程治疗效果相近。结论　对于神经中度损伤 ,电刺激二疗程为适宜治疗周期更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the efficacy of different course electrotherapy for traumatic facial nerve injury.Methods Forty rabbits with facial nerve injury were studied in this paper.They were stimulated in different course of treatment.Results ① All groups with electrical stimulation had good effects on the nerve regeneration.The treatment effect of two-course therapy and three-course therapy was superior to one-course therapy. ② Electric stimulation time and the therapy effect had no linear relationship in treating moderate facial nerve injury.Two-course therapy and three-course therapy had similar effects.Conclusion Clinically,the patients can be given two courses of therapy at the first step.When the first step is over,it can be decided whether the therapy should continue or not,according to the regeneration of the nerve and the convenience of the patient.更多还原
