【摘要】 目的　通过两种治疗牙齿敏感症的脱敏剂临床应用及扫描电镜研究为其可靠性提供理论依据。方法　对 6 73颗患牙应用多功能牙科粘结剂及 75 %氧化钠糊剂分别进行脱敏治疗 ,做近期疗效观察比较并运用扫描电镜观察离体牙牙本质横、纵断面的结构变化、作用机理。结果　治疗组即刻有效率 98.2 2 % ,3个月有效率为95 .98% ,与对照组有显著差异。结论　多功能牙科粘结剂治疗牙齿敏感症优于氟化钠糊剂更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To compare two kinds of desensitizers treating dentin hypersensitiveness in both clinical applications and scanning electron microscopy (S·E·M).Methods 673 teeth were treated with NaF paste.S.E.M was used to observe the structure changes and desensitive mechanisms in vertical and horizontal plane of dentin in extracted tooth.Results The immediate efficient rate in therapeutic group was 98.22%.The efficient rate in three months was 95.98%,which was significantly different with control group.Conclusion The desensitive effect of multi-purpose adhensive in treating dentin hypersensitiveness is better than that of NaF paste.更多还原
