大功率DPL中激光二极管热负荷及散热技术
Study on the laser diodes heat charge and heat evolution technology in hi-power DPL system
【摘要】 随着激光二极管器件输出功率的增大 ,热负荷对激光二极管泵浦固体激光器系统影响越来越大 .对系统中的激光二极管热负荷进行了实验和研究 ,并研究了相应的散热措施 ,即对激光二极管分别采用冰水内循环技术和半导体致冷技术进行散热和温度控制 ,收到了满意结果 ,在 15W调Q连续激光二极管泵浦固体激光器系统中获得了重复频率 10kHz,脉宽 10ns,峰值功率 2 5kW的 1 0 6 μm稳定输出 .
【Abstract】 In the hi power DPL system, the heat charge of the laser diode affects the quality of laser beams seriously. We have done some experiments to study the phenomena, and developed measures to dissipate the heat of the laser diode. The measures include inner ice water circulation technology, TEC cooling technology and temperature controlling technology. Adopting these measures in a 15 W CW LD pumped Q switched Nd:YAG laser, we obtained a steady 1 06 μm laser output with a 10 kHz repetition rate, a 25 kW peak power, and a 10 ns pulse width.
