【摘要】 ６６例选择性冠状动脉造影５６例阳性（即冠状动脉狭窄），其中心肌梗死患者造影阳性率为９６．３％，心绞痛者为９４．４％，而不典型心绞痛者为８８．８％。在造影阳性病例中，左前降支受累者占６０．７％（３４／５６），右冠状动脉受累者占３３．９％（１９／５６），左回旋支受累者占 １９．６％（１１／５６）。对临床诊断及治疗提供了依据。更多还原

【Abstract】 A study of the angiographic findings of 66 cases was presented. The positive rate of angiography in patients with myocardial infarction was 96. 3%, in angina pector is 94. 9%, while in atypical angina it was only 88. 8%. In all 56 cases with positive angiographic findings, the incidence of stenosis of left anterior descending, right coronary and left circumflex arteries was 60. 7 % (34/56), 33. 9% (19/56) and 19. 6% (11 /56) respectively.
