【摘要】 ６９例再发性脑卒中占同期住院人数的１５．６％，其中脑出血２８例，脑梗塞１１例．首次发病后２年内再发次率占６３．８％，再发次数越多，预后越差．死亡２３例其中２次发病死亡占７８％，４次发病死亡占１００％．复发平均年龄５６．５岁．再发出血或梗塞均以基底节区居多，主要危险因素是高血压，其次为糖尿病，情绪改变等．更多还原

【Abstract】 69 cases of relapsed stroke were made up of 15.5% of total patients hospitalized in internal medicine department in same time. There were 28 cases of cerebral hemorrhage and 41 cases of cerebral infarction among the relapsed stroke in two years of the first attack. The more frequency relapsed stroke happened, the worse the prognosis was. There was 23 cases death. There were 78% patients dead aller relapsed stroke and all died in fourth attack of stroke. The average age of relapsed stroke patient was 56.5 years old. The majority focus caused by relapsed stroke of cerebral hemorrhage or infarction was basal node. The major risk factors of relapsed stroke were hypertension first then diabetes and mood change.更多还原
