广州市跨世纪下岗失业形势分析和对策研究

【摘要】 下岗失业是自20世纪末中国政府所面临的最主要问题之一。本文以广州市为个案 ,描述了90年代以来广州市下岗失业的形势和特征 ,并分析了产生这种状况的原因 ,最后针对存在的具体问题 ,试图从多角度多方位探讨解决的办法

【Abstract】 Unemployment is one of the main problem that Chinese government faces at the end of this century. As a case of Guangzhou ,this article describe the unemployment situation and feature of 1990s Guangzhou city, analyze the reason of this condition .the article try to probe into the measure against the problem at last .
