小麦组织氮和果糖积累及含量的杂种优势

【摘要】 研究结果表明 :组织氮、果糖积累和含量的杂种优势因品种和取样日不同而异。植株、茎秆的果糖积累在开花期前表现正向杂种优势 ,而叶片为负向优势 ;不同生育期组织氮积累一般为正向中亲优势 ,而果糖和组织氮含量一般为负向优势。籽粒产量、籽粒氮 (蛋白质 )产量和含量的平均中亲优势分别为 8.55%、7.3 1 %和 -0 .90 %。果糖积累的杂种优势与籽粒产量、籽粒氮 (蛋白质 )产量和含量优势一般无显著相关关系 ;开花期和灌浆末期植株果糖含量的杂种优势正相关于籽粒产量优势 ,负相关于籽粒氮 (蛋白质 )含量优势。组织氮积累和含量的杂种优势与籽粒产量的优势无显著相关关系 ,而与籽粒氮 (蛋白质 )产量和含量优势多为正相关。这表明很有可能通过间接选择高的组织氮积累和含量杂种优势 ,以提高籽粒氮 (蛋白质 )产量和含量杂种优势 ,而不降低或者提高籽粒产量杂种优势。

【Abstract】 Heterosis for fructan accumulation and content,tissue nitrogen accumulation and content in various growth stages of six hybrids was studied at the University of Sydeny, Plant Breeding Institute, Narrabri in 1996 season. The heterosis for tissue nitrogen,fructan accumulation and content were variable among hybrids and different growth stages. Positive mid parent heterosis for fructan accumulation of plant and stem were observed before anthesis, but that of leaf were negative; tissue nitrogen accumulation generaly indicated positive mid parent heterosis at different growth stages, but fructan and nitrogen content shew negative heterosis. The average mid parent heterosis for grain yield,grain nitrogen (protein) yield and content were 8.55%, 7.31% and -0.90% respectively over six hybrids. There were no significant correlation between heterosis for fructan accumulation with heterosis for grain yield,grain nitrogen (protein) yield and content at most sampling dates; heterosis for plant fructan content at heading stages and grain filling stage were positively correlated with grain yield heterosis, and negatively correlated with grain nitrogen (protein) yield and content heterosis. The heterosis for nitrogen accumulation and content were not significantly correlated with grain yield heterosis, but negatively correlated with the heterosis for grain nitrogen (protein) yield and content, which suggested that it should be possible to enhance heterosis for grain nitrogen (protein) content through indirectly selecting high heterosis for tissue nitrogen accumulation and content, while combing with high heterosis for grain yield or without declining grain yield heterosis.
