紧固孔原始疲劳质量评定及符合性检查

【摘要】 给出了一种由当量初始裂纹尺寸 ( EIFS)表征紧固孔原始疲劳质量的方法 ,该 EIFS是基于确定性裂纹扩展方法反推等幅载荷的断口金相数据得到 ,并以此方法建立紧固孔原始疲劳质量评定及符合性检查判据。最后 ,以 LY1 2 - CZ铝合金钻孔工艺为例进行了紧固孔原始疲劳质量评定及符合性检查。

【Abstract】 This paper presents a method for obtaining equivalent initial flaw size distribution (EIFSD) by combining fracture dynamics with response fatigue method and by use of designated size of constant amplitude loading life distribution. The initial fatigue quality of fastener hole is therefore characterized by EIFSD, which is obtained by back extrapolated fractographic data of constant amplitude loading. It offers an evaluation standard and coincidence check criterion for initial fatigue quality of fastener hole. This paper also suggests that when large plastic area appears around the fastener hole the corresponding stress strength factor should be modified. In section 3, The initial fatigue quality evaluation and coincidence check was done for LY12 CZ aluminum alloy by our method, and the result (Table 1) show that our method is effective.
