【摘要】 根据历史文献、遥感信息和实际考察 ,对西康铁路沿线地区经济开发环境进行了综合分析研究。认为该区国土资源丰富且质量较优 ,开发潜力巨大 ,在陕西经济发展中具有重要的地位和作用。但是 ,经济开发也受到生态环境、高级管理人才和资金等众多因素的制约。同时 ,还针对经济开发中一些其他的制约因素 ,提出了国家应加大陕西经济开发扶持力度 ,加快西康铁路沿线地区开发步伐 ;加强环境管理与建设 ,倡导生态经济型的开发方略及对策等更多还原

【Abstract】 Based on previous data,RS information and materials got from practical research,all round study is made on the economic development environiment of the area along Xikang railway.The study shows that this area is rich in high quality land resources and has a great potential for development,The factors put it in an important position in the Shaanxi economy development.However economic development is hindered by the worsening ecological environment,and the shortage of high superintendent and other problems.Taking all these restricting factors into consideration ,the paper puts forward some strategies and measures as to how to strengthen the economic development under the united effort of both the state and Shaanxi,take the opportunity of the development of the west to quicken the step of developing the area along Xikang railway,strengthen the management and the constraction of environment and found a develop area of ecological economy.更多还原
