下排气旋风分离器分离机理的实验研究
Efficiency of Cyclone Separator with Downward Exhaust Gas
【摘要】 对下排气旋风分离器在不同运行工况和不同结构因素下的分离效率进行了实验研究 ,并分析了不同结构因素下分离器内的气固运动规律 .结果表明 ,外筒体高度和导排管间距是影响分离效率的主要因素 ,倒杯形导流体的分离效果优于圆柱形导流体 .文中的研究为该型分离器的优化设计提供了依据
【Abstract】 Efficiency of cyclone separator is analyzed for different operational and constructional condition. Results show that outer cylinder height and inducting exhausting distance are the major factors that affect efficiency. The down cup shaped inducting column is better than that of cylinder shaped. The results are useful for the design and optimization of cyclone separators with downward exhaust gas.
