石质文物表面防护中的问题和新材料

【摘要】 野外的大型石质文物暴露在自然界的风化环境中,近代环境污染和酸雨使侵蚀更加严重,已有许多防护材料用于石质文物的防护,本文分析了目前防护材料,特别是憎水性有机高分子防护材料在使用中存在的问题,并初步探索了使用新的生物无机防护材料的可能性。

【Abstract】 Historec stone structures are subject to many risks. Among them: air pollution and acid rain;unsatisfactory care are now impotent Many materials, such as waxes, inorganic compounds and synthetic organic polymers, have been used as stone protecting products. Investigations into the efficiency and durability of the stone conservation products under laboratory conditions and on building test sites indicate that there are a number of disadvantages and even risks during the many years of their application. In particular, treatment with some synthetic organic polymers is in many cases not useful,such as the question of durability and retreatment, the different rate of hygric swelling and shrinking etc. The mechanical properties of stone conservation products are being improved. A new method of stone protection products that involves biological inorganic layer(biofilm) that may meet the desired performance requirements is being researched in our laboratory.
