光波分复用(WDM)技术综述
SUMMARIZE WAVELENGTH DIVISION MULTIPLEXING TECHNOLOGY
【摘要】 基于掺铒光纤放大器 (EDFA)的波分复用技术 (WDM)的出现 ,使得在同一根光纤中能传输多个波长的光波信号。以波分复用光纤通信系统为基本的物理层 ,提供了能产生巨大效益并为可持续发展所必不可少的新型通信服务 ,成为通信领域发生革命性变化的基础与标志
【Abstract】 With the WDM(Wavelength Division Multiplexing)technology based on EDFA(Erbium Doped Fiber Amplifier) developing, it is possible to use multiple wavelengths to transmit over the same optical fiber. The technology can make full use of the high -speed of the optical fiber and reduce the cost of the amplifying containers, etc. It would be espected that this communication method has a very good prospects.
