【摘要】 提出了一个新的基于 Ｓｃｅｎａｒｉｏ模型的投资选择决策方法，在此基础上，进一步讨论了它在物流设备采购决策和付款折扣谈判决策过程中的应用。

【Abstract】 The article puts forward a new investment decision - making method based on Scenario model which grounded on the future possibilities. Then this model is applied in decision - making process of logistics equipment purchasing and payment discounting negotiation.
