【Abstract】 Application of immobilized cells in alcohol production, its microbiological features and immobilization techniques are introduced. Characteristice, limitations and improvements of three common immobilized cell reactors used in alcohol production—packes bed reactor, membrane reactor and fluidized bed reactor—are emphasized.更多还原
