α-呋喃丙烯酸的合成工艺改进
Development of the synthesis technology of α-furanacrylic acid
【摘要】 采用聚乙二醇 ( PEG)为相转移催化剂 ,无水碳酸钾为引发剂 ,对α呋喃丙烯酸的合成 ( Perkin反应 )工艺进行了研究 ,得到了最佳反应条件为糠醛∶乙酐∶碳酸钾 =1∶ 2 .5∶ 1 (摩尔比 ) ,PEG用量 0 .0 2 5mol(相对于糠醛 ) ,反应时间 5h,反应温度 1 50℃ ,α 呋喃丙烯酸的产率为 85.4 % .
【Abstract】 With PEG as phase transfer catalyst and anhydrous potassium carbonate as base, the synthesis technology of αfuranacrylic acid was developed on the experiment. The best reaction conditions were determined as follows ∶the ratio of raw material is furaldehyde∶ acetic anhydride ∶ potassium carbonate=1∶2.5∶1(mol);the amount of PEG is 0.025 mol of the furaldehyde; reaction time is 5 h.; reaction temperature is 150 ℃. The yield of αFuranacrylic acid is up to 85.4%. IR spectra in accord with standard spectra.
